What services do you provide?
Our representation primarily includes the documentation of commercial and residential loan transactions, and commercial litigation concerning collection of debts, foreclosure of mortgages and other security agreements, and loan work-outs.
The documentation required in commercial and residential loan transactions must be carefully prepared to assure strict compliance with many federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including, but not limited to RESPA. We regularly prepare this documentation. In the event a borrower is in default of such documentation, we provide necessary representation, including the bringing of appropriate legal actions, to collect the indebtedness and secure collateral.
