Frank Wotitzky founded this firm in 1940 and became of counsel in 1999. A native of Punta Gorda, Mr. Wotitzky earned his B.S. in 1940 from the University of Florida and his L.L.B. from the University of Florida College of Law.

He served as Punta Gorda City Attorney from 1949 to 1952.
