| General Professional Background:
Leo Wotitzky joined the firm as one of the original partners in 1953. He was of counsel from 1999-2005. Born in Punta Gorda, Florida, Mr. Wotitzky earned his B.S. in education in 1933 from the University of Florida and his L.L.B. in 1953 from the University of Florida College of Law.
He was Executive Editor of the University of Florida Law Review in 1951-1952 and authored "Florida Sales Tax," University of Florida Law Review, Vol. 5 (1952).
From 1938 to 1950, Mr. Wotitzky served as a representative in the Florida Legislature.

Mr. Wotitzky conducted a general practice with particular emphasis on real estate law, civil litigation, wills, trusts, estate planning and probate.
Professional and Business Affiliations:
Mr. Wotitzky was a member of The Florida Bar; Charlotte County Bar Association, where he served as president in 1959-1960; Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers; American Bar Association; American Law Institute; Phi Alpha Delta; Phi Kappa Phi; and Florida Blue Key. He also served on the Florida Citizens Committee on Education from 1944 to1947.
