Born in Davenport, Iowa, Mr. Ross attended Swarthmore College, where he earned a B.A. in English Literature in 1978. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1983 from the University of Akron College of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Ross co-authored: "Creditors Rights in Ohio - An Extensive Revision", Vol. 16, p. 487, Akron Law Review, 1983 and authored: Casenote, "Power of Municipal Corporations to Lay Off Employees", Vol. 15, p. 131, Akron Law Review, 1981. Areas of Current Emphasis:

Mr. Ross' practice encompasses all areas of civil litigation practice with a special emphasis in the following - creditors' rights, homeowners'/community association law, inheritance disputes, and personal injury. He also provides legal services and maintains the necessary expertise in all aspects of land use, zoning and environmental law, as well as asset protection.

Mr. Ross is a member of the Florida Bar; the Charlotte County Bar Association, where he served as President from 2000 to 2002 and Secretary/Treasurer from 1999 to 2000; the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers; the Academy of Trial Lawyers of America; and the American Bar Association.
