Cheyenne R. Young

Originally from Palatka, Florida, Cheyenne Young graduated from the Florida State University College of Law in 2001. While in law school, she served as an Intern Law Clerk for Justice Barbara J. Pariente of the Florida Supreme Court. She practiced law in Orlando and Port Charlotte before joining the Wotitzky Law Firm in 2008.

Cheyenne is a member of the Charlotte County Bar Association, the Charlotte Estate Planning Council, and currently serves as the Chairman of the Charlotte Community Foundation’s Grants Advisory Committee.

As a graduate of the Leadership Charlotte Class of 2010, she currently serves on the Leadership Charlotte Steering Committee, and also served on the Board of Directors of the Virginia B. Andes Volunteer Community Clinic from 2010 through 2016.

Her practice includes estate planning, probate and trust administration, real property transactions, and education law.

She has done many speaking engagements for local financial institutions, churches and civic organizations on the value of proper estate planning and helped hundreds of families settle their loved ones’ estates with diligence and compassion.
