Ms. McClellan has been an associate with the firm since 2005. Ms. McClellan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University in 1984. Prior to attending law school, Ms. McClellan served as a Tax Auditor and Internal Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service from 1984 through 1990. Ms. McClellan earned a Juris Doctorate with Honors from Florida State University College of Law in 1993. Before joining the firm, Ms. McClellan served as Court Counsel for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in Sarasota from 1995 through 2005 where she advised the court in matters pending the in the civil and family divisions and served as a Child Support Hearing Officer.
