Frank Wotitzky founded this firm in 1940 with a passionate sense of civic duty and a desire to champion clients’ rights.
Frank’s brother, the late Leo Wotitzky, joined the firm in 1953. As members of a pioneer family that came to Punta Gorda in 1887, the brothers felt compelled to play an active role in the business, economic and community development of Charlotte County. Simultaneously, their law practice flourished and is now one of the most successful in Southwest Florida.
The firm's burgeoning practice led it into many areas of the law. Today, our legal team provides services in an array of areas, including personal injury; wrongful death; real estate law; probate; wills, trusts and estate planning; closings and title insurance; civil litigation; commercial loan transactions; condominium law; mediation; criminal defense; zoning and land use law; as well as business and corporate law; and local, state, and government law.

Frank Wotitzky continues to serve as of counsel to the firm.
